This year’s
Parade home is approximately 6,300 square feet of custom-designed elegance
and beauty. The exterior of the home is a seamless
blend of quality, custom materials. As you enter the foyer you will see
a magnificent custom inlay on the hardwood floor as well as a breathtaking
view of the open, solid maple staircase. To your right, through double
French doors is a study with built-in bookshelves. To your left is a
spacious living room featuring a fireplace with a custom-built mantel.
The dining room has hardwood floors as well as a decorative archway separating
it from the living room with built-in cabinets on each side. As you exit
the dining room you come to the kitchen/great room area. Featuring a
spacious island, our kitchen is designed for gourmet cooking. Next to
the kitchen is an eating area illuminated on three sides by windows and
a sliding door that opens to our spacious cedar deck. The great room
lives up to its name, featuring a corner fireplace and beautiful wooden
floors. As you pass through the double French doors off of the great
room, you will enter our majestic sunroom.
