The Process, The Product When you build with us, you'll have a budget to choose: lighting floor coverings kitchen arrangements, cabinetry and countertops interior/exterior doors, fittings, and more You make the decisions up front so that we minimize change orders. The budget is fixed, and what we say the cost is - it is. You get the full package (minus the landscaping) so that there are no unpleasant surprises. And the move-in date is set. When we give you a date, it happens. Our turnaround time is approximately 100 days and is a hard deadline on which you can plan your life.  Versatility to Suit Your Taste We will design and custom build to meet both your budget and your desires.
